It's not really that I have some secret stuff going on :), but the discussion doesn't concern the entire team. Is this possible?

Sure it is. Whenever you want to chat and share stuff with just a few people, create a private Topic and invite only the colleagues who have an interest in your discussion. Nobody else will be able to see that you've created the Topic, let alone the content shared.

To start a private group chat, click the Add topic icon on top of the Teammates bar in the right panel. Give the Topic a name, set an avatar and fill in a short intro to your discussion. Then make the Topic private by selecting Invited people only in the Who can join field. Then start typing in the names of the people you want to invite. Based on your input, Hubgets will make a couple of suggestions. Just pick the names of your colleagues from the list of suggestions and click Save when you're done.
