Is there anyway to dial from the web-phone but pickup from the hard IP Phone?

Can I initiate a call in the browser and pick up the phone on my desk to continue it, or vice-versa?

Hello,

You can dial both from the web-phone as well as from the hard-phone on your desk and pick up calls on either one. The same extension can be recorded for multiple devices (it is called SIP forking). However, if a call is initiated on a web-phone extension, you cannot put it on hold and pick it up from the desk-phone.
