Can you create a Topic for a specific audience, using their email addresses to invite them?

Can I create a topic for a set of people that are not active members of my organisation, but I have their email addresses and I can upload them in People?

Hello Eddie,

You are describing a one-to-many Hubgets Page invite, that would open up a chat window and the possibility to audio and video conference, as well as screen-sharing. This is something that we are considering for the roadmap, but we cannot provide an ETA just yet.
