Submit a feature request

Need to download conversations from Hubgets, but I guess that is a new feature. Where can I ask for it to be implemented?

Hello Reza,

You can submit your feature request by going to the Settings tab -> Customer service -> Contact Customer Service instead -> post feature suggestion in the opening window.

The feature that you have suggested is already in our roadmap for development. Once you post your feature request, a ticket is generated in our internal systems and someone picks it up. They will let you know what are the steps that we take regarding your feature request: the item goes into triage, then it is decided whether it gets implemented or not in the next iteration, in a later iteration or not at all. We  communicate with you via email regarding the decision.
