How do you coordinate multiple teams who work on a project?

The project we work on is divided in stages. There are a few people working on the initial stage of designing the solution we are building. The next step will be execution, and that implies a close collaboration between the first team and the execution teams (there are 2 execution teams).  Apart from calls and chats, what can Hubgets do to help us finalise this project?

Hello,

Communication in Hubgets is not reduced to the calling and chat options, as the platform has been built around the user's needs. Just to give an example, the user of Hubgets can express emotions regarding daily work, and an analytics engine will compute that data to create improvement suggestions for the team mood.
Another very important addition is related to search: the individual user does not need to remember information that is very detailed, as Hubgets allows for tagging and advanced keyword searching.
As you will be embarking on the project with remote teams, giving feedback will be essential for fast progress. Hubgets Topics is the perfect environment to offer feedback immediately and obtain consensus from team members. Here is a good reading about how answering the team in a fast manner can be a huge boost to achieve business goals: Giving feedback is a responsibility, not a courtesy .

Hope this helps!
