I do know the time frame in which a certain discussion took place (3 months ago). Can I search within some specific time frame?

Hi Annie,

For very specific search results, you can use the Advanced Search feature available in each Hubgets module (Direct messages, Topics, People, Call history, etc).

From the main menu, open the Topics module. You'll see all your Topics displayed in the left pane. At the top of the pane there's a search bar. Click on the small arrow icon near the bar, and the filters for an advanced search will be displayed.

Type in your keyword in the bar and narrow the search based on the filters available:

  • you may restrict the search to messages exchanged in the Topic within a specific time interval
  • you may set Hubgets to search only through closed Topics, or open Topics
  • you may even use tags as filters, and Hubgets will only search through messages you've tagged with a specific keyword.

Once you've defined all these filters, press Search and results will be instantly displayed in the left pane.
