Mark notifications as important or not

We have been using cisco spark in our team internally, but we really don't like the notifications, as there is no way to tell what is important and what isn't. Is hubgets allowing for different types of notifications, or for marking rooms as important ?

Hello,

In Hubgets you can set your availability from Settings and this will impact your notifications settings:

- the Available (green) status mean that you can be informed about everything and that people can interrupt you;

- the Let Hubgets manage interruptions (orange) status mean that the platform will anly allow notifications through in moments when it detects that you are not working in a Topic or you are not involved in a phone conversation;

-the Busy (red) status will not allow any notifications to go through and disturb you, because this status means you are not available for communication. However, all notifications will be stored under the Notifications bell and one can check them at a morre convenient time.

Regarding Topics (the equivalent of rooms): if notifications in a Topic become annoying, you can always mute them. You can also mute people in direct messages (chat) windows, so that you can focus on your work without any interruption.

Hope this answers your questions!
